How long will it take for me to get my order?
Our current processing time is 3 to 5 business days. After your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS. It usually takes 2 to 5 days for your order to arrive once it ships.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. This will let you track your package through USPS or UPS.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email soblackcandleco@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can help.

My candle arrived broken, what should I do?
If your package is damaged during shipment, please email us at soblackcandleco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include a picture of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Do you ship internationally?
